Refund policy

At The Shadow Garden, all sales are final—once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded. Plants are living things, and shipping them back and forth is more stressful than a horror movie protagonist’s final act.

  • If your plant arrives damaged due to shipping, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the plant and packaging. We will assess the situation and provide a replacement if necessary.
  • If your order is incorrect or missing an item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the received package. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
  • Since we do not accept returns, refunds are only issued in cases where a replacement is not possible. Refunds are granted at our discretion after reviewing the issue and will be processed to the original payment method.
