Hoya Rope Plant

Twisted, waxy, and mesmerizing—Hoya Rope looks like something a sorcerer might grow in a forgotten tower. Its thick, curling vines create hypnotic coils of green that demand a second (and third) look. When mature, it may even surprise you with clusters of porcelain-like star-shaped flowers.

Tough, slow-growing, and not needy.

• Common Names: Hoya Rope, Hindu Rope, Krinkle Kurl
• Ideal Lighting: Bright, indirect light. It’ll survive lower light, but don't expect it to bloom there.
• Care Notes: Allow the soil to dry between waterings. Loves humidity but doesn't beg for it.
